Did Kerry Cheat in Debate #1?
The rules of the debates clearly state that a candidate cannot bring any paper into the debate that has not been pre-approved. If it has been approved, it is placed on the lectern for them.
So why is Kerry seen here removing a piece of paper from his coat pocket?
