Debate #2...
Here's the transcript from last night's debate, from FOX News.
My opinion? Kerry got absolutely smoked. Evidence of this comes from the fact that every liberal pundit on television is trying to spin this debate as a tie.
One VERY important quote from Sen. Kerry:
"These are constitutional rights, and I want to make sure we have judges who interpret the Constitution of the United States according to the law."
This is, of course, a complete reversal of the intent of the Supreme Court. The Constitution is not subject to the law, but rather the exact opposite. Law is to be interpreted in accordance with the Constitution, not the other way around, Mr. Kerry.
